Monday – Baked potato with cheese, broccoli, vegetables, baked apple slices, French bread, chocolate pudding.
Tuesday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, vegetables, peas, biscuit, melon fruit cup.
Wednesday – Chicken Caesar Salad, pea salad, carrot raisin salad, dinner roll, apricots.
Thursday – Pork roast with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dinner roll, Mandarin oranges.
Friday – Fish patty on bun, scalloped potatoes, vegetables, tropical fruit cup, oatmeal cookie.
Salad Menu – Opportunity and Hillyard locations, Tuesdays only: Bayou chicken salad, vegetables, biscuit, melon fruit cup.
