In brief: Miracle Home sale benefits CMN

The Spokesman-Review

The first Miracle Home that was built by the Children’s Miracle Network has been sold.

The sale of the house at 5904 S. Laurel Crest St. generated more than $200,000 for the charity which benefits children’s hospitals and programs throughout the Spokane area.

The house was built through a partnership between CMN, Eagle Ridge by Newland Communities and Condron Homes.

The project also received donations from many builders, subcontractors and realtors.

John and Alice Busteed purchased the rancher for $353,000.
