For the week of Dec. 17-21.

Monday – Rosemary chicken over rice pilaf, beets, vegetables, wheat bread, fruited gelatin with whipped cream.

Tuesday – Beef stroganoff, peas and carrots, vegetables, potato roll, pineapple tidbits.

Wednesday – Chicken ala king over a biscuit, vegetables, broccoli, berry cobbler.

Thursday – Veal parmesan with zsiti, brussel sprouts, vegetables, breadstick, blushing pears.

Friday – Meatloaf with gravy, parslied potatoes, vegetables, sourdough bread, apricots.
