Katie Guettinger scored 14 points, Jessica Thomas added 13 and Anna Albrecht finished with 12 as the unbeaten Pullman Greyhounds (4-0, 1-0) beat the previously unbeaten Riverside Rams 62-22 in the Great Northern League opener for both teams.

Shea Spicer led Riverside (5-1, 0-1) with eight points.

In other GNL play, Emily Pond and Britnee Kraft scored 13 points apiece to lead visiting Colville to a 53-34 victory over Deer Park. Jordan Emmil added 10 points for the Indians (2-3, 1-0). Dominique Swenson led the Stags (0-5, 0-1) with 13 points. … At Medical Lake, Melissa Mauro scored 16 of her team-leading 18 points in the second half as West Valley overcame a nine-point halftime deficit to beat Medical Lake 58-47. Hannah Love added 14 points for the Eagles (5-0, 1-0). Marissa Propeck and Chelsea Hardenbrook scored 16 apiece for ML (2-3, 0-1).

Katie Baker had 27 points, 13 rebounds and six steals to lead Lake City (7-3, 4-2) to a 63-43 Inland Empire League victory over host Lakeland (1-8, 0-3) at Rathdrum. Sydney Butler chipped in 15 points for Lake City. Camille Reynolds led Lakeland with 22 points. … At Moscow, Katelyn Loper scored 23 points – 17 in the second half – to lead Post Falls (5-2, 3-2) to a 54-24 rout of Moscow (0-11, 0-5). Post Falls outscored Moscow 32-9 in the second half, including 15-0 in the fourth quarter.

“Northwest Christian built a big first-half lead and cruised past Almira/Coulee-Hartline 72-27 in a Bi-County League game at Northwest Christian. Hayley Hendricksen scored 18 points and Taryn Russel added 14 for the Crusaders, who outscored the Warriors (1-3, 1-3) 23-6 in the first quarter and led 41-12 at the half. Colbi Neal and Lisa Vandenburg each added 10 for NWC (5-2, 5-0). … Elsewhere in the league, Brook Ferderer scored eight of her game-high 21 points in the first quarter and Reardan cruised past visiting Valley Christian 57-31. Ashtin Jeney and Aly Peone added 10 points apiece for the Indians (5-2, 4-1), who outscored the Panthers 16-2 in the third quarter to take a 46-20 lead into the fourth. Katie Worley led Valley Christian (0-8, 0-6) with 14 points. … At Davenport, Katlin Fowles led three teammates in double figures with 15 points to lead Lind-Ritzville to a 57-30 win over Davenport. Kelsey Arlt chipped in 12 points and Devon Killian 10 for L-R (6-1, 4-1). Brianna Cooper scored 13 and Mariah Mielke 12 for Davenport (2-3, 2-3).

“Holly Howard scored 24 points and grabbed six rebounds to guide Springdale past visiting Republic in a Panorama League game. Sara Taulaki had 19 points and Shelbea Rainbolt added 17 for the Chargers (4-3, 4-2), who outscored the Tigers 50-22 in the second half after trailing by a point at halftime. Karissa Lehn had 20 points and Charlotte Mills added 10 to lead Republic (2-5, 2-3). … In other league games, Kaprina Goodwin scored 16 of her 23 points the first half and Northport (4-5, 4-2) held on for a 47-46 win over Curlew (4-4, 3-3) at Curlew. Northport led 24-13 at the half. Curlew hit a 3-pointer with 1 second remaining to draw within one point. Katie Torzewski led the Cougars with 11 points. … At St. Michael’s, Holly Edwards scored 13 points to lead Cusick (6-0, 4-0) to a 52-38 win over St. Michael’s (1-5, 1-4). St. Michael’s led 22-18 at the half, but Cusick erupted to outscore St. Michael’s 18-3 in the third quarter to take control. Katie Drass had 13 points, 12 rebounds and seven steals for St. Michael’s. … The Wellpinit at Selkirk game was postponed because of inclement weather. No makeup date was announced.

Jordan Harazin scored 16 points and Megan Teade added 10 to lead Colfax (5-1) to a 61-24 shellacking of neighboring Tekoa-Oakesdale (5-4) at Oakesdale. Colfax led 33-15 at halftime. Shelby Puckett led T-O with seven points. … The Coeur d’Alene freshmen beat host Mullan 45-29. Fawn Story had a team-high 12 points for the Tigers (0-9). … The game to be played at Wilbur between Waterville and Wilbur-Creston and the game between Sprague-Harrington and Inchelium at Inchelium was canceled because of inclement weather. Makeup dates were not announced for either contest.
