St. George’s boasts AP scholars

St. George’s School recently announced some of its students as Advanced Placement Scholars.

National AP Scholars - granted to students in the United States who receive an average grade of at least 4 on all AP exams taken, and grades of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams.

Daniel Copeland, Elizabeth DeLeeuw, Hal Halvorson, Samuel Wagstaff.

AP Scholars with Distinction - granted to students who receive an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken, and grades of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.

Kerry Blake, Brannon Heftel, Samuel King, Allison Lawrence, Abraham Moland, Katie Nord, Mariah Ostheller, Molly Ostheller, Colin Schilling, Erin Steenblik, Divya Vishwanath, David Witherspoon, Nathaniel Wynn.

AP Scholar with Honor - granted to students who receive an average grade of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken, and grades of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.

Katherine Alexander, Christopher Hill, Elizabeth Hsu, Aimee Martinez, Emma Perkins.

AP Scholars - granted to students who receive grades of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams.

Brian Angove, Madisen Clark, Leslie Cohen, Tyler Evans, Matthew Gehr, Rosie Martinez, Amelia Moye, Wyatt Orme, Maja Rodell, Regan Spencer.

St. George’s also announced top athletes and coaches that will be inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame on Dec. 30.

Coaches include Claudia Thomas, Jennifer Mountain and Errol Schmidt.

Students include Jason Ala, Benjamin Coleman, Alyssa Henley, Christian Laugen, Wenchi Liu, Katherine Lund, Christine Peterson Francek and Whitman Spencer.
