In brief: Council meeting Wednesday

The Coeur d’Alene City Council is moving its regular meeting to Wednesday because of the New Year holiday.

Normally the city has council meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.

The agenda for the meeting hasn’t yet been set.

The 6 p.m. meeting is at City Hall, 710 E. Mullan Ave.

Library closing for holiday

The Coeur d’Alene Public Library, 702 E. Front Ave., will close early at 6 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and will be closed for New Year’s Day.More news and information about the library is available at www.cdalibrary.org.
