Feature creature: Lacee
Lacee was recently brought into SCRAPS by her owner who was having a difficult time keeping her at home. While she has a habit of running away, Lacee also has some good habits – she is housebroken, rides well in a car, walks well on a leash and plays well with others. She understands “sit” and “no,” and loves to have her belly rubbed. Anyone interested in adopting this dog or other animals can visit the SCRAPS shelter, 2521 N. Flora Road, call the shelter at (509) 477-2532 or visit the Web site at www.spokanecounty.org/animal. Dogs cost $75.02 to adopt, which includes a license, neutering, vaccinations, a microchip implant and a trip to the veterinarian.
