9:30 a.m. Tuesday, commissioners’ hearing room, Public Works Building, 1026 W. Broadway Ave. Agenda includes discussion about creating committee to help select company to build a new sewage plant.

2 p.m. Tuesday, commissioners’ hearing room, Public Works Building. Agenda includes consideration of agreements with Fairchild Air Force Base, Millwood and Cheney to continue to provide animal control services.

3 p.m. Tuesday, commissioners’ briefing room, Spokane County Courthouse. Commissioners will discuss selection process to fill opening on the Civil Service Commission.

6 p.m. Monday, Council Chambers, City Hall, resolution to expand commercial areas along East Sprague Avenue from First Avenue to the north side of Interstate 90 between Perry and Fiske streets. Also, council will consider rules governing contingency reserve fund.
