Emerson Fulton scored 17 points and Danny Marshall added 11 points and a game-high 17 rebounds as East Valley (5-15) edged North Central (4-15) 49-47 in overtime in a Greater Spokane League contest at EV. With NC’s Indians leading 46-43, Knights senior Adam Markham made a 3-pointer with 10 seconds remaining in regulation to send the game into overtime. Javier Grigsby tossed in 17 points and Cody Hauenstein added 16 for NC, which managed just one point in the overtime period.

Mike Sprenger scored a career-high 20 points and Griffon Jones added 14 as Cheney (8-11, 5-8) topped visiting Riverside (5-14, 2-11) 74-60 in the Great Northern League. Josh Nyberg tallied a game-high 22 points to lead the Rams. … Bryan Peterson scored a game-high 21 points and Jordan Lupfer-Graham added 12 points and 10 assists as West Valley (16-3, 12-1) secured its first GNL title with an 88-43 rout of visiting Colville (8-11, 4-9). Casey Sherrill added 16 points, eight rebounds and seven assists for the Eagles. … David Ramacus scored 15 of his game-high 28 points in the fourth quarter as Medical Lake (8-11, 5-8) sneaked past visiting Deer Park 56-52. Kevin McNeil tallied a team-high 18 points for the Stags (9-10, 6-7). … JT Levenseller scored a team-high 15 points as Pullman (11-8, 10-3) edged host Clarkston (8-11, 8-5) 44-41. Eleaya Schuerch scored a game-high 18 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as East Valley (7-12) cruised to a 59-45 Greater Spokane League win over visiting North Central (0-19). Kylee Williamson chipped in 10 points for the Knights, who outscored the Indians in each of the four quarters. Nicole Graybeal led NC with 15 points.

•Kirsi Voshell scored a team-high 18 points as Pullman (19-0, 13-0) secured the Great Northern League regular-season title with a 55-51 win over host Clarkston (14-5, 11-2). Alyssa Garro and Danielle Hodge each chipped in eight points for the Greyhounds.
