Crime prevention will be conference topic
The Spokane County Sheriff’s Office will soon host its second annual Neighborhood Watch Crime Prevention Conference. The conference is aimed at educating the community and area business owners. Topics include: Internet safety, gangs, traffic-related training and home security, 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., March 6 and 7, at Center Place, Mirabeau Point Park, 2426 N. Discovery Place.
