For the week of Feb. 19-23
Monday – Macaroni and cheese, Oregon-blend vegetables, cauliflower, wheat bread, fruited red Jell-O.
Tuesday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, french bread, tropical fruit cup.
Wednesday – Fish patty on bun with lettuce, cheese and tartar, tossed salad with dressing, winter-blend vegetables, apricots.
Thursday – Sweet and sour pork over rice, herbed green beans, carrots, potato roll, pineapple tidbits.
Friday – Chicken and wild rice casserole, Oregon-blend vegetables, corn, wheat bread, Mandarin oranges.
