Spokane Valley Community Center and Food Bank – Volunteers are needed to greet and check-in patrons at the clothing bank on Tuesdays from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Some computer skills are helpful but not required. Aging and Long Term Care of Eastern Washington – Volunteers are needed to work on the Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors Helpline. A three-day training is provided by the Office of the Insurance Commissioner. Contact Leslie Noll at 458-2509.

Eastern Washington Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing – Energetic individuals with good business sense or experiences are needed to volunteer on the board of directors. Contact Char Parsley at 328-9220.

The Campus Kitchen – Volunteers are needed for this Gonzaga University program to prepare and deliver meals to low-income residents. Contact Rebecca Teichmann at 323-6939.

The Center for Justice – A volunteer receptionist is needed to staff the front desk for four hours a day, 1-5 p.m. Contact Rosie Ennis at 835-5211.

Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest – Retail and production assistant volunteers are needed to assist with stocking, merchandising and customer service. Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. Background check and application required. Contact Michole Bogarosh at 344-0161.
