OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Michael T. Cooper – 52, Coeur d’Alene, felony malicious injury to property (two counts), leaving the scene of an accident, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, eluding an officer, $30,000 bond.

Christopher S. Henley – 44, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, 15 days in jail.

Ezechial E. Lindberg – 22, Post Falls, probation violation/lottery violation, $15,000 bond.

Justin L. Stanley – 21, Coeur d’Alene, felony domestic battery, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Kelly A. Blakley – 36, Athol, failure to appear/unlawful entry, petty theft (two counts), battery, $10,000 bond.

Duane M. Cope – 18, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/frequenting a place where drugs or alcohol are used, $1,000 bond.

Joshua C. Cramp – 25, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, no driver’s license, $3,000 bond.

Wendy Euse – 50, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $300 bond.

Jason C. Fisk – 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $100,000 bond.

Jason E. Flamand – 29, Hayden, failure to appear/driving while suspended, 18 days in jail.

William A. Fortier – 18, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Thomas J. Inlow – 49, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, inattentive driving, 22 days in jail.

Joel R. Jacobs – 36, Hayden, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, no insurance, $5,000 bond.

Bryan R. Pratt – 25, Hayden, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Michael A. Saint – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $1,000 bond.

Seth M. Waddell – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, false personation, $5,000 bond.

Larry W. Wallis – 56, Sandpoint, misdemeanor probation violation/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $10,000 bond.
