CYT’s ‘Penzance’ planned at Crosby Theater
The Christian Youth Theater will present “The Pirates of Penzance” Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 3 and 7 p.m., Sunday at 3 p.m., March 2 at 7 p.m. and March 3 at 3 and 7 p.m.
More than 60 performers ages 8 to 18 will perform at the Bing Crosby Theater, 901 W. Sprague Ave.
Tickets are $7 for kids 12 and younger and $8 for adults in advance. All tickets at the door are $10.
Teachers can get tickets for school-day performances Tuesday and Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Celtic concert
Celtic Music Spokane will present Consort Bon Accord Saturday at 7 p.m. at Westminster Congregational Church, 411 S. Washington St.
Cost for the concert, “18th Century ‘Top Hits’ Blarney Goes for Baroque,” is $12.

• Manito United Methodist Church, 3220 S. Grand Blvd., will present a Lenten film and discussion Series, “The Passion at the Movies,” starting Saturday at 6 p.m. for the next six weeks.
This Saturday’s movie will be “Passion: Religion and the Movies,” a special program by the History Channel.

Five Wishes seminar
Liberty Park United Methodist Church, 1526 E. 11th Ave., will present a seminar about “Five Wishes,” a document giving families what a loved one’s wishes are when they are too sick to speak for themselves.
The document features the following questions: Which person will make health-care decisions on behalf of the sick, what kind of medical treatment the sick person wants or doesn’t want, how comfortable the sick person wants to be, how the sick person wants to be treated, and what the sick person wants their loved ones to know.
The seminar will be Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m. A $3 donation to cover the cost of materials will be accepted.
