Liberty Lake police reports for the week of Feb. 12 included the following:

A Spokane man and a juvenile were arrested at 4 a.m. Feb. 15 for felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia. Both Brock A. Vestal, 20, and the unnamed teen were arrested at 2327 N. Madison Road. Their cases were referred to Superior Court.

David Ryan Leestma, 24, of Liberty Lake was arrested on a warrant Feb. 12 at 17 N. Garry Road.

Also, Kim Davis Johnson, 51, and Neal Tracy Johnson, 41, both of Greenacres were cited Feb. 13 for misdemeanor marijuana possession after being pulled over in the eastbound lane of Interstate 90 at Barker Road. Kim Davis Johnson, who was driving, received a traffic citation and was also booked on a warrant.

By the numbers, commercial vehicle violations and traffic offenses tied for most common crime at seven apiece. Five people were cited for driving with suspended or revoked licenses. Mission Avenue was the hot spot for tickets, especially near Pepper Lane north of I-90 and Malvern Road south of the interstate.
