North Side Voices

Lisa Leinberger Lisal@spokesman.com The Spokesman-Review

Five people selected at random at the Border’s Booksellers on the North Side were asked the following questions: When was the last time you talked to your neighbor? What did you talk about?

Amber Lavin: “Probably five days ago. I think we talked about the weather.”

Daneille Dickson: “I talked to them about their alpacas about three months ago.”

William Morrison: It hasn’t been that long ago, about a month. He was upset because his sister thought I flipped her off. It was a misunderstanding.”

Ana Broemeling: “Just a few days ago. I’m lucky I live in a wonderful neighborhood. One of the neighbors loaned me his snow blower.”

Tara Evans: “I guess Friday when I got home from school. I just said hello.”
