Polish party time
Polish immigrants and descendants, and individuals interested in Polish culture are invited to an informal evening of Polish music and conversation next Tuesday.
Kasia Haroldsen, a musician who came to the United States from Poland in 1993 to study music, has been living in Spokane since 1997. Haroldsen took the stage for the 2005 and 2006 Folk Festivals and has also entertained at Auntie’s Bookstore.
Last November she performed at Gonzaga University, and this Tuesday, March 6, she returns to Gonzaga’s campus to perform and sing her own compositions as well as several popular Polish folk songs.
