For the week of Jan. 8-12

Monday – Pasta Florentine, Scandinavian-blend vegetables, peaches, french bread, chocolate chip cookie.

Tuesday – Riblets, parslied potatoes, carrots, wheat bread, tropical fruit cup.

Wednesday – Beef tips with peppers over rice pilaf, California-blend vegetables, potato roll, cinnamon-raisin applesauce.

Thursday – Creamed turkey with peas and carrots over biscuit, parslied cauliflower, fruit cocktail, gingerbread with whipped topping.

Friday – Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, chuckwagon corn, sourdough bread, mandarin oranges.
