For the week of Jan. 15-19

Monday – Chicken and wild rice casserole, tomatoes and zucchini, peas, wheat bread, apricots.

Tuesday – Swiss steak with gravy, au gratin potatoes, vegetables, rye bread, cherry cobbler.

Wednesday – Beef stew with vegetables, broccoli, cornbread, baked apple slices.

Thursday – Fish patty on a bun, green and yellow beans, hot potato salad, peach Bavarian.

Friday – Italian-style veal with ziti, California vegetables, beets, breadstick, pears.
