Feature creature: Purdee

Purdee is awfully pretty with big, sad eyes. She was found wandering around the flight lines at Fairchild Air Force Base. She is sweet, shy and sensitive. Purdee is medium in size and has a black, shiny coat. She is in desperate need of an owner she can trust, one who will take some time with her because she will play hard to get until she knows you. Anyone interested in adopting this dog or other animals can visit the SCRAPS shelter, 2521 N. Flora Road, call the shelter at 477-2532 or visit its Web site at www.spokanecounty.org/animal. Dogs cost $75.02 to adopt, which includes a license, neutering, vaccinations, a microchip implant and a trip to the veterinarian.
