Jennesa Miller added 18 points for the Scotties (13-3, 5-1), who outscored the Eagles 19-10 in the third quarter to take a 15-point lead into the fourth.
Leslie Stillar tallied 19 points, including five 3-pointers, to lead Lakeside (10-6, 3-3).
In other league action, Kelsey Schalock scored 14 points and Nikki Nelson added 13 as Chewelah (11-4, 3-3) topped visiting Newport 55-47. Molly Rolstad tossed in 10 points and Jenny Polm had seven rebounds and five assists for the Cougars. Alicia Smith tallied a game-high 22 points to lead the Grizzlies (6-10, 1-5).
