Artist grant-writing workshop today

A free artist trust grant-writing workshop will be today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Spokane Art School, 920 N. Howard St.

Heather Joy Helbach-Olds, Artists Trust’s director of programs, will present information and provide tips on preparing a grant application.

Artists can learn how to build resumes, statements and project proposals, how to best prepare work samples and how to find out about the grant panel and selection process.

No preregistration is necessary.
