The Spokesman-Review

A public hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. today at Spokane City Hall on an application to build 24 homes on 7.9 acres on Five Mile Prairie.

City Hearing Examiner Greg Smith will hold the hearing in the council briefing center in the lower level of City Hall on the application by Gerald Holder to develop the property at 8101 N. Austin Road.

Holder has agreed to pay the city voluntary growth impact fees of $1,430 per lot to offset the cost of providing improved roads in the Five Mile Prairie area.
