Tuesday – Baked ham with pineapple sauce, whipped sweet potatoes, parslied cauliflower, caraway rye bread, apricots.
Wednesday – Chicken divan with broccoli, country-trio vegetables, seasonal fruit cup, dinner roll, lemon cake.
Thursday – Enchilada casserole with corn chips, tossed salad with dressing, chuckwagon corn, mandarin oranges.
Friday – Italian style veal with ziti, California-blend vegetables, sliced beets, garlic breadstick, blushing pears.
