Weekly Flying Irish fun runs begin March 1

The Flying Irish fun run/walk kicks off another season March 1 at O’Doherty’s Irish Grill, 525 W. Spokane Falls Blvd.

More than 200 people participated last year in the weekly 3-mile runs, according to a press release. The group meets at 5:45 p.m., and the runs begin at 6 p.m. The event is free; after six runs, entrants earn a Flying Irish T-shirt.
