The Official Records section Friday listed James W. and Charlene D. Speaks’ Marriage Declaration for Invalidity under the wrong category.

Ritter timeline wrong

James D. Ritter, who was convicted of eight sex crimes Thursday, was sent to counseling after a girl’s family member intercepted an inappropriate phone conversation he had with the girl in 2004. It was learned in 2005 that Ritter had sex with a different girl after the counseling. The timeline Friday was incorrect, because of a reporter’s error.
