Name: Alex McNett

Hometown: I was born in Heidelberg, Germany, and lived there until age 7, when we moved to Seattle. I lived there until 1996, when I moved to Liberty Lake.

Occupation: I own the RE/MAX Lakeview franchise, and I also manage the restaurant at the Liberty Lake Golf Course.

Family: My husband, Max, and I have two sons, Kramer, 16, and Kalvin, 12.

Hobbies: Boating, Jet Skiing, alpine skiing and golfing

What do you like about North Idaho? The mountains, the lakes and the people.

What do you like or dislike about the current season? I don’t like the rain and wind of spring, but it does tell me that summer’s coming.

Favorite music: Pop, especially the band No Doubt.

Favorite TV show: “Court TV”

Favorite movie: “Caddy Shack”

Favorite spot in North Idaho? Why? Carlin Bay. It’s where we visit with friends at the lake.
