Washington’s Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction has released preliminary spring scores for high school WASL tests showing improvement in all areas, though math scores continue to lag. Columnist Richard Davis sees the recent numbers as hopeful signs, but there is still much room for improvement. Read his comments on Wednesday’s Roundtable page.
