Health project will be discussed

The Spokane Regional Health District will hold a meeting to discuss the Healthy Communities project today from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Northeast Community Center, conference rooms B and C, 4001 N. Cook.

The project is working to increase physical activity and promote nutrition to all residents in the area of City Council District 1.

Topics will include current walk-ability projects in the area and ideas for other projects.

Refreshments will be served.
