Senior meals

For the week of July 2-6

Monday – Salisbury steak with gravy, au gratin potatoes, vegetables, potato roll, pineapple tidbits.

Tuesday – Chicken patty on a bun with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise, tossed salad with dressing, red potato salad, pound cake with berries and whipped topping.

Wednesday – All sites will be closed for holiday.

Thursday – Beef tips with peppers over rice, vegetables, parslied cauliflower, rye bread, spiced pears.

East Central Community Center Only – Hamburger with lettuce, tomato and cheese, potato salad, baked beans, cherry cobbler.

Friday – Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes, vegetables, dinner roll, and Arabian salad.

Salad Menu – Thursdays only at Opportunity and Hillyard locations – Fruit and cheese plate, vegetables, wheat bread, and baked apple slices.
