Help find a fugitive

Paul E. Jackson is wanted on eight counts of kidnapping, two counts of sexual penetration with a foreign object, five counts of sodomy, five counts of rape and three counts of sexual abuse in the first degree. He is 37, white, and described as 6 feet tall, weighing 160 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. When he was last seen in 1990, he had a mustache.
