EVHS fundraising run March 17

East Valley High School presents its 23rd annual Rapid Rabbit Run on March 17 at the school, 15711 E. Wellesley Ave.

All proceeds benefit the East Valley senior all-nighter, a substance-free graduation celebration.

Races begin at 10 a.m. with a 5-mile, second-seed qualifying race for Bloomsday, and a three-mile race or walk. The three-mile run is places only, no times.

Check-in times are from 4 to 7 p.m. March 16 and 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. March 17 at the high school.

The entry fee is $12 with a T-shirt or $5 without a T-shirt if registration is postmarked by today.

Late registration fee is $15 with a T-shirt and $10 without a T-shirt. Registration forms are available at evsd.org.

Trophies will be awarded to the top male and female finishers with ribbons to the top three finishers in each age group in both runs.

Drawings will be held for prizes; you must be present to win.
