Senior meals
For the week of March 12-16
Monday – Veal with sour cream sauce over pasta, California-blend vegetables, peas, sourdough bread, tapioca pudding with Mandarin oranges.
Tuesday – Chicken patty with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and mayonnaise on bun, carrot-raisin salad, coleslaw, apricots, chocolate chip cookie.
Wednesday – Turkey divan with broccoli over rice, carrots, breadstick, apple cranberry cobbler.
Thursday – Salisbury steak with gravy, scalloped potatoes, winter blend vegetables, sourdough bread, pineapple tidbits.
Friday – Corned beef, green cabbage, parslied potatoes, fruit cocktail, rye bread, brownie.
