Valley Fire – Commissioners discussed the mutual aid agreement with Fire District 8 and will meet with that district’s representatives to discuss the agreement. There are 19 new recruits currently attending the fire academy. (Source: PIO Bill Clifford)
Fairfield City Council – Youth from the Future Farmers of America gave a presentation on the new Spangle development. A representative from the Spokane County Conservation District spoke about a meeting to discuss the Hangman/Latah Creek watershed set for 6:30-8:30 p.m. March 15 at the Fairfield Community Center. Rockford City Council – A representative from the Spokane County Conservation District gave an update on the Hangman/Latah Creek watershed.
