Coeur d’Alene police

John Clay reported Monday the $5,210 theft of a laptop computer, radar detector, winch and specialized booster cables from his 2006 GMC pickup parked at his home on the 1900 block of W. Windermere Avenue.

Ryan Barnett reported Saturday the $880 theft of compact discs and a CD player and $150 damage to an amplifier in his 1991 Toyota parked on the 1500 block of E. Mullan Avenue.

Kootenai County sheriff

Vince Hughes, owner of KYRO Skating Rink, reported Monday $400 damage to two doors and a safe and the $1,096 theft of cash from the business at 3519 W. Seltice Way near Post Falls.

Martin Sharp, Post Falls, reported Monday the $3,005 theft of seven pistols, four rifles and ammunition and $10 damage to a cabinet in his home on the 8800 block of N. Highland Road.

Dewey Almas, Hayden, reported Monday the $8,600 theft of a 2004 Oldsmobile Alero from his home on the 800 block of Lacey Avenue.
