Liberty Lake Police Blotter

The Liberty Lake police reports for the week of March 5 included the following:

Police weren’t called out for any particular crime, other than traffic-related offenses, more than once, but they were called out 25 times for everything from attempted residential burglary to shoplifting.

More traffic tickets were handed out on Appleway Avenue than any other street in the city.

Jay Chism Bergquist, 58, Post Falls, received a citation Friday for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol near the intersection of Mission Avenue and Harvard Road.

Justin C. Rogers, 20, Spokane Valley, received a citation Saturday for driving with an invalid license near the Intersection of Interstate 90 and Appleway Avenue.

Malex Abraham Roybal Jr., 41, Post Falls, received a citation Saturday for driving with an invalid license near the intersection of Appleway Avenue and Madison Road.

Kirk A. Swan, 41, Greenacres, received citations March 7 for trespassing and property theft in the 22100 block of Country Vista Drive.

Nicholas R. Swartz, 24, Otis Orchards, received citations March 6 for selling or manufacturing illegal drugs, a felony; possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor; and possession of drug paraphernalia, also a misdemeanor.
