PEO to hold luncheon

The Spokane PEO Reciprocity Luncheon will be on Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Mukogawa Commons, Fort Wright Institute, 4000 W. Randolph Road.

Karen Schuermer, the second vice president of the executive board of the Washington State chapter of the PEO, will speak on the topic “Walking the PEO Path of Sisterly Love.”

The PEO is a philanthropic and educational organization that supports educational opportunities for women. It offers scholarships for academic achievement and support for low-income women.

The cost of the luncheon is $13.
