Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Ronald J. Butts – 21, Coeur d’Alene, felony domestic battery, $25,000 bond.

Shawn M. Harp – 24, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine (two counts), $40,000 bond.

Angela K. Lynch – 29, Kellogg, probation violation/possession of methamphetamine, $50,000 bond.

Christopher D. Mischenko – 25, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance, $30,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Samuel S. Allman Jr. – 38, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended (three counts), $12,000 bond.

Timothy R. P. Banning – 29, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, $2,000 bond.

Kody D. Brown – 20, Sagle, failure to appear/possession of suspended driver’s license, minor in possession of alcohol, $1,000 bond.

Sean N. Cook – 37, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/being under the influence of a controlled substance, $10,000 bond.

Donald L. Depriest – 29, Hayden, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $3,000 bond.

Steven B. Dunn – 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, driving while suspended, $1,141 bond.

Debbie L. Hammond – 48, Bayview, failure to purchase a driver’s license, $500 bond.

Keith D. Hansen – 19, Post Falls, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, five days in jail.

Jeremiah J. Lafave – 23, Lewiston, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, $20,000 bond.

Richard E. Marquis – 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, $4,000 bond.

Devin D. Martin – 37, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $10,000 bond.

Kendra M. Morgan – 22, Athol, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $10,000 bond.

Martin B. Nunez Jr. – 44, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/open container (two counts), failure to obey misdemeanor citation, $500 bond, eight days in jail.

Ginger A. Ostrowski

– 31, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/failure to purchase driver’s license, two days in jail.

Andrea M. Payton – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, 15 days in jail.
