Fugitive gang member wanted for burglary

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information that results in the capture of a fugitive wanted for second-degree burglary.

James R. Nason has been designated a confirmed gang member by local law enforcement, and he has a history of assault, burglary and probation violations, said Spokane County sheriff’s spokesman Sgt. Dave Reagan.

Nason is described as 26, white, 5 feet 10 inches and 180 pounds. He has black hair and hazel eyes, and recently gave a home address of 1020 Third Street in Cheney, Reagan said.

Anyone with information regarding Nason’s whereabouts is asked to call the Secret Witness Tip Line at (509) 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their name to collect the cash reward but should leave a code name or number with the operator.
