Ninth Annual Basset Blast - Sponsored by Washington Basset Rescue and SCRAPS (Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Service). Enjoy a Sock Hop, raffles, and various events and contests for your hound dog to participate in. Please bring a blanket. For health reasons, no puppies less than four months are allowed.
