Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Robert W. Bosquet – 24, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/statutory rape, $75,000 bond.

Jesse W. Kirk – 23, Post Falls, failure to register as a sex offender, failure to appear/battery, $17,500 bond.

Josheua L. Oddy – 21, Post Falls, trafficking marijuana, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance, $100,000.

Gary W. Zwart – 52, Coeur d’Alene, aggravated battery, driving while suspended, $5,500 bond.

Misdemeanors

Cody S. Astlund – 19, Post Falls, failure to appear/inattentive driving, $10,000 bond.

Ashley E. Briggs – 21, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $4,000 bond.

Robert L. Carman – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/petty theft, $1,000 bond.

Tabitha L. Erickson – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $1,000 bond.

Roseanne M. Griggs – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, two days in jail.

James R. Hulsey Jr. – 19, Athol, failure to appear/possession of marijuana (two counts), possession of paraphernalia (two counts), $2,000 bond, one day in jail.

Zackery G. Jarnagin – 31, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/leaving the scene of an accident, driving while suspended, misdemeanor probation violation/harassing phone calls, $12,000 bond.

Justin J. Maciosek – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, $5,000 bond.

Bradley J. Ragsdale – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, two days in jail.

Dustin C. Rodgers – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $2,000 bond.

Shannon M. Russell – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia (two counts), $2,500 bond, two days in jail.

Allen K. York Jr. – 20, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, two days in jail.
