Coffee roaster’s Web site wrong

The Web site for Nectar of Life, a Spokane Valley coffee roaster that offers fair-trade certified coffee, is www.nectaroflife.com. Because of a reporter’s error, a story in Wednesday’s Food section was incorrect.

Landa not owner of crash zone land

Carlos Landa doesn’t own the Spokane International Airport crash zone land for which a 207-home subdivision is awaiting final county approval. Landa sold the land to Blue Grouse LLC before the subdivision application was filed. A story Tuesday misstated Landa’s role because of incorrect information provided to the newspaper. Blue Grouse’s agent, Spokane attorney Brian Balch, said he no longer is one of the corporation’s owners. He declined to identify the owners, but public records show Travis Paske has signed legal documents as a “member” of the corporation.
