CYT on the road with holiday show

Seventeen students at the new Christian Youth Theater-North Idaho will be touring local communities this holiday season in “A Christmas Carol.”

They’ll bring the familiar story of Scrooge to interested churches, schools and clubs in a 45-minute musical, complete with Dickens costumes and portable sets. This joyous version of the popular Christmas story invites audience participation and can be booked for shows from Thanksgiving weekend through Dec 21.

CYT is a nonprofit after-school theater arts training program for students ages 6-18. Winter session classes will begin Jan 8.

For more information, or to book the tour group, call (208) 819-9281 or e-mail Bliss Lanier at cytnorthidaho@comcast.net.
