Potter earns designation
Sula Potter, a REALTOR® with Windermere Real Estate/Palouse has been awarded the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc. (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
The ABR is awarded by REBAC, the world’s largest organization of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate buyer. She joins 32,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience
She also earned the designation of Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent through a course developed by Barb Schwarz, internationally known as the founder and President of The International Association of Home Staging Professionals. She taught her staging concepts to more than 700,000 people around the world since 1985. Their research indicates that in any real estate market, staged homes sell faster and sell for more money — or both.
