Town hall meeting Monday

The Spokane City Council is scheduled to convene its annual town-hall-style meeting at the Northeast Community Center, 4001 N. Cook St., at 6 p.m. Monday to hear from northeast-area residents.

The session is one of four held annually by the council to hear reports from neighborhood organizations. The other three sessions involve neighborhood reports from the other sections of the city.

Monday’s session is expected to include brief reports on projects, problems and issues from neighborhood council members, neighborhood resource officers and COPS substation volunteers. Northeast area residents are invited to attend.
