For the week of Sept. 17-21

Monday – Enchilada casserole, vegetables, carrots, breadstick, apricots.

Tuesday – Chicken with wild rice casserole, vegetables, cauliflower, pineapple tidbits, potato roll, gingerbread with whipped topping.

Wednesday – Lasagna, tossed salad with dressing, vegetables, French bread, fruit cocktail.

Thursday – Baked potato with cheese and broccoli, vegetables, wheat bread, apple brown betty.

Friday – Fish patty with tartar on a bun, vegetables, peas, peach Bavarian.

Salad Menu – Opportunity and Hillyard locations, Tuesdays only: Fresh fruit and cottage cheese plate, vegetables, potato roll, gingerbread with whipped topping.
