For the week of April 7-11
Monday – Beef stew with vegetables, vegetables, baked apple slices, dinner roll, tapioca pudding.
Tuesday – Lemon chicken, Au Gratin potatoes, vegetables, potato roll, Angel Food cake with strawberries.
Wednesday – Italian veal with pasta, vegetables, sliced beets, sourdough bread, apricots.
Thursday – Deli-sliced turkey on bun with lettuce, tomato, Swiss cheese and mayonnaise, three bean salad, coleslaw, Arabian salad.
Friday – Lasagna, vegetables, corn, garlic breadstick, spiced pears.
