Gov. Chris Gregoire is traveling the state this week in a biodiesel-powered bus, with campaign kickoff speeches in 11 cities over 4 days. The bus hits Spokane on Wednesday, when Gregoire will give a speech at Washington State University’s Riverpoint campus, 412 E. Spokane Falls Blvd. Doors open at 10:30 a.m.
