The phrase “ABD” can be a death sentence for dogs in a shelter. Black dogs are often overlooked for more colorful dogs. Don’t make that mistake. Take a second look at Jager. Then take him out in the play yard and let him show you there’s nothing average about him. He is fantastic! Active, playful and friendly, he’s an all-around fun dog. He’s been neutered and is ready to go home with you today. Then come back for free training classes offered to all who adopt from this shelter and you are on the road to having a great lifetime companion.

Anyone interested in adopting Jager or other animals can visit the SCRAPS shelter, 2521 N. Flora Road, call 477-2532, or visit the Web site. Most dogs are also posted on www.petfinder.spokanecounty.com. Dogs cost $82.03 to adopt, which includes a license, neutering, vaccinations, microchip, and a trip to the veterinarian.
