The goal of Somebody Needs You is to match donors with the specific requests of needy Spokane residents.

The list of requests is coordinated by the Volunteers of America in cooperation with recognized social service agencies in Spokane. If you have an item to donate, please contact the social service agency directly. Donors who can deliver items are especially appreciated. If someone you know needs help, contact a local social service agency provider.

•Foster youth moving into first apartment needs bed, dresser, couch, microwave, bedding, pots and pans, dishes and flatware. Contact Bob at Volunteers of AmericaIndependent Living, 688-1115.

•Single mom with baby needs a 20-pound capacity and higher forward-facing car seat. Contact Marci at TLC, 325-2959.

•Single dad with three children needs kitchen cookware, utensils and silverware. Contact Marci at TLC, 325-2959.

• Mom needs a vacuum cleaner. Contact Marci at TLC, 325-2959.

•Single dad needs a king size bed and bedding. Contact Marci at TLC, 325-2959.

•Disabled female needs clothing size 5XL-6XL. Contact Erica at ALTCEW 458-2509, ext. 261.

•Female needs pink and cobalt blue bath towels and kitchen towels. Contact Sue at ALTCEW 458-2509, ext. 241.
